Cancellations & Rescheduling
RESCHEDULING - Rescheduling is acceptable before 24 hours in advance of your appointment. - Appointments rescheduled within the 24 hour period will be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS - Cancellations made before 24 hours in advance of your appointment will be issued a full refund. - Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour period will only receive a refund of 50% of the booking rate. - No shows are non refundable.
